HRMoz provides an HR job board and resource platform for HR professionals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Payments and Billing

Job alert subscriptions and premium job posting packages are available. Subscription fees are billed periodically. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Job Listings

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job listings. HRMoz reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HRMoz to violate any laws, post fraudulent listings, transmit harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access to any system.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality of HRMoz are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRMoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
